My story
As the song by Serrat goes, "Twenty years ago, I was twenty years old." Back then, I was studying for a degree in Philosophy (life takes many turns), and among my memories of my first time at university are the frequent back pain and headaches I experienced. These symptoms would become chronic a decade later, ultimately leading to a fibromyalgia diagnosis.
My first encounter with manual therapy was as a patient. Osteopathy not only alleviated my discomfort but also introduced me to incredible professionals who, with their holistic approach to health, offered me warmth and hope.
Motivated by a combination of pain and curiosity, I decided to train in manual therapy in 2012. I studied osteopathy and completed several courses in natural medicine—all with the goal of understanding the root causes of my symptoms and being able to support others facing similar challenges. Since then, I’ve continued to learn and refine my approach. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Psychology.
What excites me most is bringing together everything I’ve learned—both personally and professionally—into my method, offering a balance of effectiveness and empathy in every session. As a patient, I often felt unheard or as though my symptoms weren’t taken seriously. Because of this, I strive to create a space in my practice where each person can explore the causes of their physical discomfort, while also feeling safe to express their vulnerability.
If you’d like me to accompany you on your journey, please feel free to reach out. I would be delighted to listen and help in any way I can.
